A two-stage SCUC model for distribution networks considering uncertainty and demand response

Demand response (DR) is one of the most effective and economical methods for power operators to improve network reliability in face uncertainty emergencies. In this paper, considering wind output failure system components, a two-stage security-constrained unit commitment (SCUC) model established by optimizing real-time pricing mechanism indirectly adjust DR. Firstly, modeled based on self-organizing map (SOM), component Monte Carlo. Then, scheme proposed stimulate users' electricity consumption behavior. Finally, marine predator algorithm used solve problem. Simulation results IEEE-RTS show that method can reduce total operating cost 10%, effectively behavior users, peak load shifting valley filling capacity system.
